Card for Challenges: Cupid!

Yay! I did another card for a few challenges.

This card was inspired by the inspiration photo that Peachy Keen used for Challenge #2.

When I saw the picture I thought to myself, how romantic and elegant.  I knew that I wanted to create a card that had pinks, and blues in it.  So I got my handy-dandy Gypsy and I went to work.  Here's what I came up with.

It's not the original vision I had for the card, but non-the-less I was happy with how it came out and felt that it look cute, and elegant:)lol. I used the Sweethearts Cricut cartridge for the cupid and the frame/tag. For the swirl frame I used the Storybook Cricut cartridge. As for the Peachy Keen Stamp I used the "PK-490 Everyday Character Face Assortment." For my Valentines day sentiment I used My Creative "Time 100% Sweetness" stamp set.

Here's a close up of the card. I tried out Glora's "background Stamp Technique"(which is using VersaMark watermark stamp pad and clear embossing powder) on the swirl frame and on the little smily heart. Loved the technique and will be using it more often, thanks Glora:).

For the inside of the card I wanted to keep it simple and just add a sentiment. I used My Creative Time, "More Gift Card Sentiments" stamp set along with my Memento Rose Bud stamp pad.

Here is a picture of all the supplies I used to make this cute card.
