Image
Hello Crafty friends:) Hope everyone had a great weekend. I have a sweet little Christmas card to share with you all today. Isn't she adorable?!:) The penguin came from Peachy Keen's  PK-174 Skatin' by stamp set. I used one of the bows on the PKSC-23 November 2013 stamp set to place it on the penguins hair:) I used a few of  My Creative Time's  stamps to make my card. Just Simply Live stamp set for the frame, From our  Family to Yours stamp set, Its a magical Season stamp set, and  Stitched Square Speech Bubbles Dies. I totally love all of Emma's My Creative Time stamps and dies, they are so easy to use and coordinate so well with each other:) I colored the penguin with my Spectrum Nior markers, BT4, GB5, BGR3, CR4, BT5. I added some blue and white sequence to my card to represent snow :)lol. The paper is from my stash, Its from DCWV, sorry I don't remember the name. I would like to enter my card in the following challenges: Sentimenta

Boyfriend Christmas Card

Image
Hello fellow crafters! Hope you are all doing good and keeping warm on these cold winter days. I have a Christmas card to share with you guys today. Isn't it cute! It was simple to make but I loved how it turned out. The image is from KennyK's  and its called "Mistletoe Digital Stamp." I colored her in with my Spectrum Nior markers, and used some puffy white paint to give some dimension to her dress. I used My Creative Time   Just Simply Live Stamp Set   to make the "boyfriend" sentiment. For the inside of the card I used My Creative Time's  Holiday Fun Stamp Set . Just love My Creative Time stamps and how you can combine to use them with other past stamp sets to make something wonderful:) The small sentiment that is in front of my card that reads "For my handsome" I got that sentiment form  Peachy Keen's November 2012 stamp of the month set . I just masked the stamp with some tape to only get the "for my handsome&q

Custom Orders

Image
Hello everyone:) I have some custom order invitations to share with you guys today. A friend of a friend needed some simple wedding invitations ASAP. I was told that the bride had not yet chosen her wedding colors but that her favorite colors were black, red, and yellow. So these are the two wedding invitation samples I came up with. For the 1st invite I used  My Creative Time's  Rolled Flower Dies, to make the cute red vibrant flower. Then I ran a strip of black and white decorative scrapbooking paper to add more color to the invite. The 2nd invite I made, I used the colors cream and yellow. I found these Spanish traditional wedding flowers at Michael's and just added a cream/yellow organza bow along with these cute double heart charms (that I also found at Michael's). I embossed a strip of light yellow scrapbook paper with my Cuttlebug and added it to my card. I gave both invitations to my friend to show to the bride so she can choose her favorite. Want to gues

We R Memory Keepers Washi Tape Dispenser

Image
Hello Everyone! Its One day before Thanksgiving and I am so looking forward to some delicious food, family gatherings, and online craft store sales lol. I wanted to share this awesome find that my boyfriend got me at Costco:) Yup, it's the We R Memory Keepers Washi Tape Dispenser that appeared on HSN:)! When this Washi Tape Dispenser aired on HSN I so wanted one, but it was sold out, when I went  to order it. So when I saw it at Costco the other day we went grocery shopping, I basically jumped up and down of joy:)lol. I believe it was $19.99 and it comes with the Washi Tape Dispenser, and 20 washi tapes:) How Awesome is that?!:) The back of the box has a lot of great ideas on how to use the washi tape:) I started putting the washi tape in the dispenser by twos, but soon realized that you can put 3 of the small rolls of washi tape in one slot, and 2 big rolls of washi tape in another slot. Ok so my intention was to keep the Washi Tape Dispenser clean, and organiz

Dr. Who Happy Birthday Banner

Image
Hello Fellow crafters:) Hope everyone is doing well! I have an awesome project to share with all of you today. I made a Dr. Who birthday banner for my boyfriend's surprise party. Ok for all you Whovians out there, you know that Dr. Who party supplies is not sold at our local party supplies store, lol. So what does that mean for us Whovians? That we need to get crafty and create our own party supplies lol. And that's what I did. I got my Cricut out, and made a simple but I think very cute Birthday banner:)lol. This is my first time making a banner of any kind, so I am rather proud of how my first banner turned out lol. I used my Gypsy to layout the letters on the virtual 12x12 cutting mat so I can get the most out of my 12x12 Tardis blue paper. The letters were cut out with my Cricut machine at 5 inches each. The letters are from the Hanna Montana Cricut Cartridge. I used some silver and blue stickels and alternated colors between letters. I don't think you can tel

18th Birthday Card

Image
Hello Crafty Friends! Today I have a card/tag to share:) Today is my youngest brother's 18th B-day, and I made him a card/tag to go along with his gift. The reason I called it a card/tag is because the tag is pretty big that it serves as a card:)lol. Isn't it cute!?!!! :)lol. It came out just how I envisioned, and it came together so quick, yay! The cute robot and the stars are from Peachy Keens Stamp Club PKSC-14 February 2013 stamp set. The adorable face is from PK-145 Piles of 3/4 Smiles. The happy birthday sentiment came from PK-106 With a Cherry on Top. The sentiment originally comes with both words together, but I stamped and cut the sentiment in half. I used the 4 x 6 Journal Die from My Creative Time's Stitched 4 x 6 Journal Die set, to make my tag. Since its a pretty big tag I decided to use it as a card as well:) I stamped the sentiment "Birthday wishes for you" on the back of the tag and plan on writing a little something for my brother l

Hello Crafty friends! Hope everyone is having a great day:) I have a card to share with you today. I made this cutie to fit a few challenges. Hope you like it:)lol. What do you guys think? When I first saw that adorable penguin I pictured him with some nerdie glasses lol. So I used  Emma's  "Here's Lookin At You" stamp set for the glasses and colored them red. I fussy cut them and used Peachy Keen "PK-482 Winter Wonderland Face Assortment. The sentiment "Merry Christmas" and the penguin are from Peachy Keens July 2013 Stamp of the month club set.  I also used some of Emma's dies on my card. I used the "Stitched Doily Die." Tag Dies" and one that I dont remember the name of right now, and I dont have the set in front of me sorry! I stamped the sentiment "Teacher" on this die, the sentiment came from Emma's My Teacher Rocks stamp set. I ran my tag die through a Cuttle bug folder that I inked up, before

Wood Letters

Image
Hello fellow crafters! I have a cute and quick project to share with you guys today. Peachy Keen always has some awesome challenges, and this week the challenge is to make a 3D project with a Pet Theme. How fun huh? I have never painted wooden letters before, but let me tell you they were so much fun and relaxing to paint:) I used acrylic paints that I had bought awhile ago from Michaels. I was excited to do some painting because I was going to get a chance to use my new paint brushes. I got these paint brushes on clearance from a BigLots that was closing down in our neighborhood. My painting skills are not the best, but it was still fun painting and giving each letter a design. I used some of my Peachy Keen stamps on the letters. The bones on the x letter and the paws on one of the I's are from Peachy Keens PK-1331 Dog Background size A2 set and PKSC-20 August 2013 release. I used some paint on the paws to make them stand out but left the bones as is.

BFF Bday Card

Hello Crafty Friends:) Hope everyone doing good today! I have a card to share with y'all today. I made this card last night to fit a few challenges, but my overall theme is an office supplies theme lol. The  Peachy Keen Connection  has a really cool challenge going on right now to celebrate their new monthly release. One of the challenges is to create a project using an office supply theme. This was my take on it:) I used the sketch from  Sketch and Stash  for the layout of my card.   At the office we have, file folders, paper clips and tape. Ok so we have more supplies then that, but I wanted to use these three things on my card. For tape I used washi tape. Ok let me just tell you, this was the first time I used washi tape, (I know Im late, lol) but it was so much fun :)lol. Im glad I took advantage of the sale and order all different ones.  The cool colored paper clips I got recently at the Dollar Store. The paper I used on my card was from DCWV Pocket Full of Po

Warm Holiday Fun Tag

Image
Hello everyone! So excited to be back and start crafting and posting stuff on my blog again. Thank you so much for hanging in there with me and not leaving me cus I haven't posted in awhile. I was able to do some late night crafting last night:) Yay! Today I have a cute and simple Tag I made to fit a few challenges.  Ok, so when I saw the photo inspiration from Peachy Keen, I got a beach holiday theme project idea in my head. I dont know why :)lol. Not necessarily Christmas related, but with a flare of Christmas spirit, like if your on an island or tropical place having a warm holiday vacation, if that makes sense lol. Loved all the shades of green and blues, so that's what I tried to use throughout my tag. The palm tree, starfish, beach ball and sail boat are from Peachy Keens Stamp of the month set PKSC-18 June 2013 set. I stamped, and colored with my Spectrum Nior markers and cut them out. As always, I love to use Emma's, My Creative Time products in
