18th Birthday Card
Hello Crafty Friends! Today I have a card/tag to share:) Today is my youngest brother's 18th B-day, and I made him a card/tag to go along with his gift. The reason I called it a card/tag is because the tag is pretty big that it serves as a card:)lol.
Isn't it cute!?!!! :)lol. It came out just how I envisioned, and it came together so quick, yay!
The cute robot and the stars are from Peachy Keens Stamp Club PKSC-14 February 2013 stamp set. The adorable face is from PK-145 Piles of 3/4 Smiles. The happy birthday sentiment came from PK-106 With a Cherry on Top. The sentiment originally comes with both words together, but I stamped and cut the sentiment in half.
I used the 4 x 6 Journal Die from My Creative Time's Stitched 4 x 6 Journal Die set, to make my tag. Since its a pretty big tag I decided to use it as a card as well:) I stamped the sentiment "Birthday wishes for you" on the back of the tag and plan on writing a little something for my brother like I would on a card. The Birthday wishes sentiment is from the Its all about you stamp set from My Creative Time. The brother sentiment came from the "Here's look-in at you" also from My Creative Time.
The paper is from My Mind's Eye "Home" stack. I used my Spectrum Nior markers to color the robot. Colors BG3 and BG5. The sequence and twine are from my stash:) I used a black marker pen for the stitching and a green gel pen for the green accent on the robot.
I would like to enter my card/tag into the following challenges:
