Card made with Chalks

Hello fellow crafters, I just finished making my card to enter in Peachy keens Chalk-it-up Challenge. Here are a couple of pictures of how my card came together. I used Peachy Keen's Faceless Corn set and stamped my images on ivory color card stock.
I used my Inkadinkado chalk sets to add color and make my background.
I added the birthday wishes sentiment (stamp from My Creative Time Fun Pockets set) to my background.
I took my easier and a ruler and erased some chalk off from my background to create a checkered background. This is not my original idea, I saw it on youtube and I don't remember from who, sorry, but I really wanted to try it out on my card.

And finally my completed card:) Isn't the little corn cute, I wanted to make it seem like it was popping out of the pocket to say surprise! :)lol. I know you can't tell from the picture but I added glossy accents to the cute little corn.

Heres a picture of the inside of my card.

Supplies:
PK-292 Faceless corn,
Inkadinkado chalk,
My Creative Time's XL Label Die, Xl Label Borders, Fancy Frame and stamp die, and Fun Pockets.

Thank you for stoping by and leaving me a comment:)

Peace, Love, & Cricut Hugs!
