4th of July Card

Image
Hello Happy Crafters:) I have a 4th of July card to share with you all today I used the card sketch as well as the color inspiration pallet from  My Creative Time . When I saw the inspiration pallet I thought, "stars" :)lol. So I used  My Creative Time  3 Star Stitched Die, and the stars from 4x4 Journal Die and All Around Holidays.  I got a little artsy and painted some of my stairs with paint:)lol.  I got a little creative and made Uncle Sams hat with  My Creative Time  "I'm A Lucky Girl" die and stamp set. This cute die hat was perfect.  The blue and red postage line stamp was from  My Creative Time  "Build a Postcard" stamp set. I used Memento Lady Bug and Danube Blue ink for this stamp.                                  For the inside of me card, I used a die cut from the Silhouette store. I would like to ente...

Birthday Wishes Card

Image
Hello fellow crafters:) Today I have a birthday card to share. My inspiration for this card came from a lot of places lol. I used Peachy Keen's  color pallet for the color inspiration with my flowers, barrel, and tag.   For my card layout, I used  Cardabilities  card sketch for my  inspiration. Then I turned to my stamps and Distress markers for inspiration lol. I cut a tag  out of white cardstock, grabbed my new background stamp from  Peachy Keen , inked it with embossing ink, sprinkled clear embossing powered and heat dried it. Then I took my Dried Marigold Distress ink and inked my tag. I loved the way the clear embossing powder resisted the Distress ink:) I water colored the flowers and barrel with Distress inks. The cute ducky was colored with Spectrum Nior markers. I added some yellow and cream sequence to the side of my card for some sparkle:)  I used a combination of two great products to make my card. Peachy...

CAS Birthday Card

Image
Hello fellow crafters:) Here's my first attempt to make a CAS card:)lol. I always have a hard time making CAS cards because I always want to put so much into my card lol. My inspiration for the card came from  Freshly Made Sketches . The DT created wonderful cards. Jennifer Brum's  card really caught my eye. Loved the simplicity and elegance her card had, and the glitter strips were a perfect touch:) I decided to create my own glitter strips by using double sided glue tape and glitter, super easy and fun to make:) This card came together so fast. The cute flower was a left over from a previous project, and well the glitter and ribbon I had:) The inside of my card Both sentiments ( outside & inside of card) are from  My Creative Time Color Key and a close up of my card. I would like to enter my card in the following challenges:  Color Throwdown Freshly Made Sketches Crafting When we can challenges Well that's all for m...
